Come learn the art of mental, physical, and emotional balance. Groups are online 2 times per week (morning and evening) for 30 minutes. Discussion and practice. Have a notebook & pen ready, wear comfy clothes, find a quiet spot you’ll be undisturbed, bring your questions, and join via Zoom webconferencing through your webcam or phone.
