Chair Yoga features sequences practiced while seated or using a chair. This allows us to keep the body moving, develop balance, and strengthen the body despite previous injuries, chronic pain, or illness issues. Chair Yoga has just enough movement without being overly strenuous. Chair Yoga is great for beginners, senior citizens, people with prior injuries, or those looking to learn how to apply yoga techniques at the office!
